What made you decide to start working with Courtney?
I decided to start with Courtney after many years of unhealthy eating habits and being overweight. At the age of 37 it was time for a change.
What changes have you made to your lifestyle recently?
My lifestyle has changed in a few ways. I make time for me, I exercise, and I prioritize food prep.
Where did you start and where are you now in relation to health and fitness?
I started by slowly changing my diet; I’m a fussy eater. Courtney was amazing, starting me slowly. Now I’ve cut out Pepsi, fast food, and I go to boot camp!
What classes have you tried?
Boot Camp, Spin, Pilates and now I am doing my own workouts once or twice a week in the gym.
What has been the biggest challenge for you so far?
The food for sure. I am a picky eater so trying new things is hard!
What was your lifestyle like before you started with courtney?
I did not exercise and I had very poor eating habits.
What results have you had so far?
I am down almost 25lbs and my fitness has improved drastically, both strength and cardio.
