New year, new gym!

Late last year, we made the BIG move from a rented space in the Morell Maples Mall to a brand new facility, custom-built just for us, at 150 Bangor Road.

Our former studio had its challenges, but we made it work. Now, though, we have a space that was designed as a gym and our members are loving it!

First of all, we have much more space now with 2800 square feet vs. 1800 square feet. This allows us to have a dedicated cardio space, complete with assault bike, spin bikes, rowing machine, and treadmill.

Courtney is certified in sport conditioning for youth and adults, and now we have a dedicated turf area to help her coach members for athletic goals.

Our heat pumps mean that we can keep the gym at a nice temperature all year round. No more dying of heat in the summer and freezing in the winter.

A mirrored weight training area is now separated from our class area, so 24/7 members can workout even when we have group fitness happening.

We’ve built a dedicated yoga/stretch room, which will be separated from the rest of the gym with a sliding door. This space also has toys and a play yard where we keep children and members who misbehave.

Lockers are available for your use, and we have two washrooms, one with a shower.

In our new space, we have all of our equipment with us:

• TRX suspension trainers

• Olympic bars

• Bumper plates

• Rubber hex dumbbells (5-105lbs)

• Kettlebells

• Speed ropes

• Plyo boxes

• Medicine balls

• Power racks

• Foam rollers

• And More!

We continue to offer group fitness, powerlifting, sport conditioning, healthy eating programs, seniors fitness, and weight loss programs.

Call or text us to learn more about our membership options!

When and why did you start at Full Throttle Fitness? I’m not sure of the year but it was probably 2014 or 2015 when I started going to Full Throttle Fitness Yoga classes at the St. Peters Community Ce
